Four words, in order

Registration, assessment,
membership, booking.

Four different things, often said as one. Here they are one after the other, so you know which you are doing.

  1. Once per dog

    Registration

    Your account, set up once.

Registration creates your dog's account in the booking system, once. It includes the assessment and an induction day.

  2. Before a first day

    Assessment

Meet the team, then an induction day.

You and your dog meet the team for 15 to 20 minutes. The assessment and induction day follows: three to four hours with a group. Dogs who pass can book. Dogs who need more time are offered park socialisation sessions first.

  3. Held per dog

    Membership

The status that opens the door.

Once registered and assessed, your dog is a member. Membership is required access, not included care: it holds no dates and includes no days.

  4. Every time

    Booking

Each day, stay or session on its own.

Daycare days, boarding stays and park sessions are requested separately. Every request is a request until the team confirms it.

Registration

What the one-time
registration includes.

Renewal terms and member tiers are confirmed by the team. Ask the team

Registration includes an assessment, induction day, park voucher and member events. Further daycare days, boarding stays, park sessions and transport are booked separately.

  • Behavioural assessment

A 15 to 20 minute meeting with you present, then the induction day. The team decides the group and setting that suit your dog.

  • Induction day

Three to four hours with a group, with the team close by, before any booking.

  • A park voucher

A park voucher to use at the Campus park.

  • Account setup

Your dog's profile, records and contacts in the booking system.

  • Partner offers

Offers from Coro's partners, as they are current.

  • Member events

Community days and member events at the Campus.

Who and what it covers

Per dog, at the Campus.

Membership is Campus-only and held per dog. What one membership covers, the team confirms when you enquire.

Animals
Dogs, registered one at a time; registration is per dog. Cat boarding at the Flagship is requested directly, and the Flagship team confirms the stay. For another animal, describe them in the planner.
Your household
Who in your household can hand over, collect and join park sessions with your dog is agreed at registration. Whether guests can join you in the park is set by the Campus for each visit.
Locations
Membership is Campus-only, held in the Campus booking system. Studio daycare at Business Bay is booked directly without membership. Which Campus locations one membership covers is confirmed by the team. Daycare packages are held at the branch where they are bought.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms for membership and for each booking come with the reply to your request. Keep them with your booking.
Packages from a previous brand
If you hold a package or membership with My Second Home, Little Gems or Petzania, tell the team which. How it carries over is confirmed by them.

How to join

Register, meet the team, then plan their first day.

Ask for a tour of the Campus you have in mind, or go straight to registration. The team shows you the spaces and meets your dog.

Ask for a tour

The planner prepares a message you send by email, or copy the message. It is a request, not a confirmation. The team replies to arrange the tour and the meeting; nothing is registered or reserved until they confirm it.

their first day
  1. Register

Send the Campus, your dog and the care you have in mind. The planner opens with a tour already selected. Registration is one per dog.

  2. Meet the team

A tour and a 15 to 20 minute meeting with your dog. Bring their vaccination records, or share them in the secure step.

  3. Assessment and induction day

Three to four hours with a group, with the team close by. Dogs who pass can book; dogs who need more time are offered park socialisation sessions first.

  4. Plan their first day

Request the days, stays or sessions you want. Each is confirmed on its own.

Health. Before the assessment: dogs need Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. A VacciCheck report from the last 365 days can replace the DHPP booster. Allow seven days after vaccination. The full list
